There are things I can not say out loud. I don't know how.
Not because it's stupid and I should be ashamed of. It's not that. I am just not the kind of girl who will speak her feelings to someone freelly. I don't know why I am like this. Maybe because of moments where i was open mind and people had no problems to past by me, and make it like they didn't give a shit about it. So when I realised, I didn't know how to say those things out loud again.
When I was 6 years old, the teacher asked me to resolve a math problem and it took me a while to finish. The moment I said the answer, the class started singing/yelling 'Aleluia' and laugh. It is not one of those moments that when I remember of I laugh, because I don't. I get embarassed to think about it, even though the moment it happened I just went back to my place and made it look like I didn't care.
There was another time, when we were at a bus, and a girl started talking about my hair and my looks. I was only 7, and let me tell you, hear someone making fun of you when you are right next to her, and listening people laughing with her, and at you, it's not the best sensation. I just smiled off.
Or there was the time, when the girl started talking bad things about a boy, and I wanted to be her friend and agreed with whatever she was saying. 5 minutes later, the teacher came talk to me, saying that the girl had told her what I had said, and that she was disappointed at me. Maybe I should have stood up by myself a little more. Or give it back, even though if I ever did that, I am sure I would be ashamed of myself, cause once you are in the place where they are talking about you, you feel like you aren't worth it. Maybe I wanted someone to stand up for me. Anyway, it didn't really affect me, because I didn't care, and there were lots of things happening home in that moment, that were much more important, so I just didn't make a big deal of it.
Years passed and I grew up. To tell you, that it never happened again, would be a lie. But besides that, those little things made me see who exactly I didn't want to become. And what kind of person I wanted by my side.
You know how people say, that your High School Friends will be the bests you will ever have? The thing is, I want them to keep being. For that to not change.
Cause there were days this year, I didn't exactly know what to expect from tomorrow, not because it would be the most horrible thing, but because I was scared. And they made everything better, sometimes not even realising. And all I can hope is that I did the same some day.
They made me learn that exist lots of ways for someone to be strong and hold tight. Or whatever they are, or where they are from, they are your friends because of who you are and not what you have or look like.
So for that, they give me strengh and they always have my back. And even thought I'm a little emotional, it's from heart.
So for that, Thank You.

De alguém confuso, para alguém mais confuso.
C. ,
Vale a pena, C. A dor, a raiva, a angustia, tudo. Quem eu sou.’
Essa carta, sou eu não desistindo.
É você não desistindo, C.

ps: "It's not about what happened in the past, or what you think might happen in the future. It's about the ride, for Christ's sake. There is no point in going through all this crap, if your are not going to enjoy the ride. And you know what... when you least expect something great might come along. Something better then you even planned for."

My Sister's Keeper.
A unica saída?
" Anna.
One thanksgiving when Kate was not in the hospital, we actually pretended to be a regular family(...)What i remember about that day was the way the ground bit back when you sat on it - the first hint of winter. I remember being tackled by my father, who always braced himself in a push-up so that i got none of his weight and all of his heat. I remember my mother, cheering equally for both teams.
And i remember throwing the ball to Jesse, but Kate getting in the way - an expression of absolute shock on her face as it landed in the cradle of her arms and Dad yelled her on to the touchdown. She sprinted, and nearly had it, but then Jesse took a running leap and slammed her to the ground, crushing her underneath him.
In that moment everything stopped. Kate lay with her arms and legs splayed,, unmoving. My father was there in a breath, shoving at Jesse. 'What the hell is the matter with you!'
'I forgot!'
My mother: 'Where does it hurt? Can you sit up?'
But when Kate rolled over, she was smiling. 'It doesn't hurt. It feels great.'
My parents looked at each other. Neither of them understood like i did, like Jesse did - that no matter who you are, there is some part of you that always wishes you were someone else - and when for a millisecond, you get that wish, it's a miracle. 'He forgot,' Kate said to nobody, and she lay on her back, beaming up at the cold hawkeye sun."
"Sara
Then one day I walk by her bedroom and find her sitting on the floor with photographs all around. There are,as I expect, the ones of her and Taylor that we took before the prom - Kate dressed to the nines with that telltale surgical mask covering her mouth. Taylor has drawn a lipstick smile on it, for the sake of the photos, or so he said.
It made Kate laugh. It seems impossible that this boy, who was so solid a presence when the flash went off mere weeks ago, simply is not here anymore; a pang goes through me, and immediately on its heels a single word: practice.
(...)
In another pile are her baby pictures - all taken when she was three or younger. Gap-toothed and grinning, backlit by a sloe-eyed sun unaware of what was to come. 'I don't remember being her,' Kate says quietly, and there first words make a bridge of glass, one that shifts beneath my feet and I step in the room.
I put my hand besides hers, at the edge of one photo. Bent at a corner, it shows Kate as a toddler being tossed into the air by Brian, her hair flying behind her, her arms and legs starfish-splayed, certain beyond a doubt that when she fell to earth again, there would be safe landing, sure that she deserved nothing less.
'She was beautiful,' Kate adds, and with her pinky she strokes the glossy vivid cheek of the girl none of us ever got to know."

When it's supposed to slow down.
It got hard to look at her eyes. To listen to her words. To pretend you couldn’t see her tears, because this way it would make things easier. For her or for you.
“Life comes in its own ways. You just have to learn to go with it.” When you replied that it was just weird to think getting there and not seeing her, your Dad said “Life comes in its own ways. One day I went home and my Father wasn’t there.”
People break. People cry, and sometimes it doesn’t seem enough and they run. When this happens, you just hope that wherever they are, they are able to heal.
But sometimes 5 months passes by and when you finally see that one person again, the smile in her face tries to hide the fact she is hurt, and that, no, she didn’t healed. That she had a plan. A life-plan. And when it broke, so did she.
And as most as you are there for her and with her, as most as you want to scream for her and use the knife to cut the time that did that, when she leaves, you cannot stop the selfish thought “And what if this is me in ten years?”
Life is unplanned. You know that already. You learned it the hard way. You learned that when you saw your grandpa singing, thinking someday both of you could do that together and 10 years later saw your father trying to hide his tears watching a son turn off the machine that supported his father’s life in a program. He lived that.
You learned that when your cousin thought she was going to live a fairytale and one night, parking her car, her husband told her he was coming back from another woman’s house, and that he had already met her family.
You learned that when you saw your sister’s tears asking if things would be alright again, and for the first time you had to lie to her, saying yes, because you were tired. Because you didn’t seem to have any more energy left to believe in your own words.
So, what stops you from becoming the woman you saw that day, in ten years? What stops you from being the one that breaks?
And what scares you the most is the answer: Nothing. It’s all in your hands. It’s only up to you.
Cause at the same time things depends on you, time always seens to like to play its own little tricks every once in a while. And test you, see till where you can go.
It’s like you can’t have anything figured out. And you can’t be scared about what might happen someday. What your life might hold.
You just have to keep going, don't stop, and try not to look back.
The problem is, sometimes you don’t want to be strong. And, sometimes, you don’t want to think about the tomorrow.

Mille
- É ela pai. Vai chamar Mille, igual a chiquititas.

"Some sort of window to your eyes"
Once upon a time there was this little girl..
Eu odeio me machucar.
Respostas?
